The Colts defeated the Eagles 24, 24-18.
The Titans had won their first two games, beating New England 27-10 and Minnesota 29-13.
The Titans also defeated the Rams 23-14 in overtime.
New England was looking to end a five-game losing streak after beating Denver 24-17 in overtime on Monday night.
The Patriots won their second straight game, a 20-17 win over the Cowboys on Monday.
The win was the third in four days for New England.
The Cowboys also won on Monday at New Orleans.
New Orleans also won its third straight game against the Eagles, a 19-13 victory in the Dome on Sunday.
The Colts are 0-4 in their past seven games and 3-1 in the past five games when facing teams that finished above .500.
New York, meanwhile, is 6-4 against the league and has won nine of its past 11 games.
The Giants won their third straight, defeating Minnesota 24-16.
The last time the Giants beat Minnesota was in 2016.
